Let’s talk about keeping clean and feeling fresh. Because honestly, when you’re clean, you just feel better in your body and more confident walking around.

Take Bath Regularly, sis!
You see that one-way traffic thing it’s no longer the order of the day. Care for your body by bathing at least two times a day with warm water.


Drink Water often
Make water one of your best friends my sister, you need it. Your body needs it.
For your health, beauty and glow.


Smile You’re on Camera
You girl, stink mouth na good – brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day, morning and evening for fresh breath, you know, your teeth have to shine because you’re on camera.
Brush your teeth early in the morning when you wake up, and make sure you brush again before you sleep.


Hair fix
You don’t have to add attachments to your hair every time to look good, I know you are a student. Jeh plait your hair neatly and wash it after a week or two. Wash, condition and style your hair girl.


Wear Clean Clothes
Change your clothes daily, especially your undies and they should be clean at all times.


Hand Hygiene
Wash your hands frequently, especially when you leave the washroom. Use soap and water, and dry them thoroughly.


Pay Attention to Major Parts of your Body
As you bathe, do well to clean those sensitive areas including your armpits, nose, ears and your v-region. Use deodorant, usually called a roll-on and other body spray.


Nails Care
Keep those amazing nails of yours trimmed and clean. No biting or picking at them in public.


Sanitary Products
Whether la blue biscuit or reusable pad you can use. Make sure to change and bathe regularly, you know, before you start to smell differently from that other side.
