Gal’s Guidance is a youth-empowerment organization dedicated to helping girls build confidence, leadership skills, and real-world resilience. Through digital content, campus-based clubs, and community events, we create safe, inspiring spaces where young women can learn, grow, and shine.
Position Overview
The Program Director will play a key leadership role in expanding and managing Gal’s Guidance programming across digital, school-based, and community platforms. This person should be highly organized, deeply passionate about girls’ empowerment, and excited to build programs that positively influence the next generation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Recruitment for YouTube Tutorials
- Identify, recruit, and coordinate talent (students, mentors, content creators) to film YouTube tutorials every other week.
- Oversee scheduling, content planning, and production logistics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with Gal’s Guidance values and brand voice.
2. Manage Gal’s Guidance Clubs on High School Campuses
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Gal’s Guidance high school clubs.
- Onboard new campuses and support student leaders, faculty advisors, and volunteers.
- Provide curriculum materials, meeting guides, and leadership resources.
- Ensure consistent program quality and create opportunities for club engagement and growth.
3. Host Bi-Monthly EmpowerHER Gatherings
- Plan and host EmpowerHER events every two months, including workshop design, trainer, activities, and logistics.
- Promote gatherings to club members and the broader community.
- Ensure each event fosters connection, empowerment, and a supportive environment for teen girls.

Qualifications
Experience in youth programs, community organizing, or content creation preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Passion for empowering young women and building safe, uplifting spaces.
Comfort working with teens, parents, school administrators, and creative teams.
Preference will be given to those with knowledge of Canva, google docs, excel, and have a personal laptop
Bonus: Experience with social media, video production, or event hosting.
